WINTER #1 (2018-2019)
The junior guard has enjoyed a
fast start against a pair of good
opponents. Evans scored 23
points against Hilliard
Davidson in an opening night
loss. He followed that up with
25 points in a win over
Chillicothe.
Fisher has completely dominated
SVC defenses in the opening stretch
of play. The senior is averaging 23.7
points per contest as Unioto sits
alone on top at 3-0 in SVC play.
Lane Ruby, Southeastern
(Basketball):
Ruby was terrific on
opening night. He scored 24
points against TVC preseason
favorite Alexander. The Panthers
lost the game 61-54 in overtime
after leading up until the final
second of regulation.

Dalton Metzger, Adena
(Wrestling):
Metzger enjoyed a
great day at the Justin Butcher’s
Westfall Invite. He went 4-0 to win
the 160-pound bracket. All four
wins were by pin.

Adrian Salomone, Paint Valley
(Wrestling):
Salomone went
unbeaten through the 138-pound
bracket at Westfall. He recorded a
pair of pins on the day.

(Basketball):
Few players in
SVC history have climbed the all-
time list as fast as Collins.
Collins, a senior, entered the
season already over the 1,000-
point mark for her career. This
year, she is averaging 26.5
points per game during
Huntington’s first four games as
the Lady Huntsmen are 3-1.

Kelsey Dunn, Paint Valley
(Basketball):
The senior scored
a career-high 27 points in a big
win over Piketon. The Lady
Bearcats sit at 2-1 in SVC action.

Macie Graves, Southeastern
(Basketball):
Graves has led
Southeastern in scoring in all
three games this season
including 18 points (with three
triples) in a win over Adena. The
Lady Panthers are off to a 2-1
start.
