SVC Golf Changes
As we reported on Shoutomatic this week, due to weather the SVC matches have been changed. Tonight at Dogwood
was not an official league match. Piketon shot a 158 - led by Casey Moore’s 37 – to win the match. Unioto was second
at 158 followed by Zane Trace, Huntington, and Paint Valley. The SVC Match at Big Beaver on Tuesday is still going to
be played as scheduled, and two nights later (Thursday) the SVC will return to Dogwood to play.
Speaking of weather, the Lady Mustangs were washed out about halfway through their round against Licking Valley at
Virtues Golf Club (Longaberger). Westfall was up double-digit strokes at the stoppage, but was unable to return to
play due to the weather.
Final preparation for tomorrow’s (Tuesday night) first SVC match at Big Beaver took place Monday night. DJ Graham
carded a 35 and teammate Casey Moore and Steven Zimmerman both shot 37 as Piketon rolled to an easy win.
